Your rate grows with the number of active paying clients over the last 365 days — both referral and resale clients count. An active client is a company together with its linked CRM records that has a payment in that period which was not fully refunded. The tier and rate are set when the accrual is made: for a subscription, when the payment arrives.
Only our own products. You earn a share on every product in the table; Telegram and MAX lines earn no share and are sold at the plan price. The resale discount applies to Support plans and WhatsApp lines.

Approved accruals are combined into one payout request, a single amount in tenge. Payouts go to a sole proprietor account using the details in the company card. There are no automatic or instant payouts.
Yes. The model is set per client, and one model applies to each client. Changing the model does not change what has already been sold.
No. Show that you serve paying clients on another service, and TehProf.kz can assign you a higher tier straight away than your clients with us would give, up to the top one. The assignment is shown in your partner dashboard, and the tier rate applies to new accruals.
Each client has one partner. If the client is already assigned to another partner, your link or request does not move them: only TehProf.kz can move a client, by its own decision.
If a payment is refunded in full, the accrual is removed with an offsetting entry, and an amount already approved or paid out is deducted from your next payout. While only part of a payment is refunded, the accrual stays.
After the deal is paid and the license term is extended. Until the license is extended, the amount shows as “Expected”.
Yes. You sell implementation, setup, training and support at your own prices, and that income is entirely yours.
No. If you have a Bitrix24 NFR portal, install the Support app on it: the company gets 60 days of the Business plan if it is not in the program yet. While you have paying clients, the plan extends automatically.
Company registration is free. The partner program is turned on in the dashboard with one click.
